BEWARE buyer tried to file UPS claim but could not provide proof the doll was damage, then tried a PayPal claim and was denied. All while admitting my doll arrived beautiful & no issues were my fault.

The package came damaged and wet. It was not Ashly's fault, but it was a UPS issue. I was NOT trying to get a refund, but thought UPS should be notified. Ashly does beautiful work. God bless.
