Hi, I did not see peeling and take many photos before shipping. I would not sale/send in condition I wouldn’t be happy. I wish you would’ve communicated or showed me photo. I was shocked to read this.
I was also shocked to see these issues with this PBS since I've ordered a PBS from you before and no issues w/doll or shipping. THIS BABY arrived w/peeling lips, back of 1 knee & a small flaw on head.
