This was an easy process thanks to the patience with a shipping date hiccup…. As another fan of the artist I was happy to see Eirlys go to another person who loves the work and this sculpt .
Even though PayPal agreed buyer couldn’t ask for refund and return an art doll she complained the hair wasn’t full enough and did a chargeback with credit card company …. Lesson learned
