Ordered custom .Wrong address on PayPal .Untruthful and tried to get me to ship to another address saying PayPal said it was okay .REFUNDED MONEY TO HER .

I was NOT UNTRUTHFUL. She had account locked to other countries originally. I entered a US address to try to pay .Address correct now. Pay Pal did tell me what I relayed to her. I lost doll purchase
