She's cute but her magnet was put in backwards and I can't get it out and her paint on her face is coming off. I'm not very happy. :(

Courtney, Did you remove her head? Was the paint or seal damaged when doing this? I would like to fix this ASAP. Please contact me in messages if there is an issue as I had no idea. Include pics. Thnx
