Instead of discussing "flaws" or even notifying me the doll arrived, the buyer left a negative review despite my quick and open messaging policy.

Just be honest and disclose flaws next time. The head weighed 5lbs by itself. The hands are rust colored on palms. I cut myself on the zip ties! Have a good night sir. I fixed her up 🤷🏽‍♀️.
