My name is Lizbeth, I am the artist behind A Baby by Lizbeth and The Reborn Artist Studio. I also teach an online rooting course called Mastering Rooting, a course by lizbeth. In 2023 I was grated agency in the US by Mac Illusion baby clothing. I specialize in difficult to fine reborn sizes like preemie and newborn.

I painted my first reborn over 4 years ago while recovering from a stroke. I was immediately hooked. It was the most relaxed I'd felt in years. The thought of returning to a stressful cooperate job was just daunting. So I took the plunge and decided to make Reborning a full time commitment. As you can imagine family members thought I'd lost the plot and encourage me to think hard about what I was doing. But, I felt I had a gift and the universe was pulling me towards reborning. So here I am. I discovered I had a natural ability to mono root the babies. I found patience I never knew I had. My rooting is my proudest achievement and I feel it adds an extra layer of realism to my work. I also love teaching others how to root and my online course has become a new passion.

I use heat set paints to create my work and am a strong believer in creating the quality of baby I'd want to buy.
Hair is mono rooted (1 hair per hole) using the highest quality mohair.
Babies are filled with the recommended premium glass beads and filler.
All babies are created in my studio in a pet free, smoke free environment.
I offer fully rooted babies and bald babies too.
