I've used Genesis heat set paints to give her very natural newborn skin tones with mottling layers, creasing, shading and veins....no details were overlooked on this sweet girl
Once painting was complete, I varnished with a combo satin/matte varnish which gives her skin a slight texture and helps protect the paint over time

Full arms and legs on a doe suede cloth body
I've used fine glass beads and ultra soft polyfil to weight her so she feels so real in your arms
