Meet Nino!! This sweet little guy is 19.5 inches long and weighs 7 lbs 11 ozs I created Nino from the Nino kit sculpted by Vincenzina Care. He is sculpted as a baby with Achondroplasia Dwarfism and has a large head and torso with short chubby limbs. Nino is a Time Limited Edition and comes with his Certificate of Authenticity.
He is an art doll that took many hours to create. Nino has realistic life like looking skin that I painted with many layers of genesis heat set paints, with layers including foundation, veins, mottling, details, flesh layers etc. I applied and baked on a final matte varnish layer and I glossed certain areas to add realism. Nino has a hairy nevus mole underneath his thigh on his right leg. I slightly rooted his mole. His brows are painted and his lashes are rooted. I directionally rooted Nino's soft brown premium mohair and it's glued inside his head.
He has a cloth body which contains sacks of fine glass beads, poly beads and polyfill as does his limbs and head. He is weighted to feel like a real baby. His limbs and head are sealed with E6000 glue and a plastic disc. His head has a strong magnet glued behind his lips for his magnetic pacifier that I modified for him. Due to the magnet in his head please use caution around ICD devices, pacemakers and other devices similar.
Nino comes with his favorite toy (plush green Frog), white Gerber Onesie, striped sweatpants, light blue overalls, frog romper, footed frog Pajama, baby blanket, two pair of socks, a few diapers, magnetic pacifier, baby hair brush, Poodie Luna's Birth Certificate, info & care sheet and his COA.
I put my artists signature on the bottom of one of his butt cheeks on his cloth body. He wears 0-3 month size clothing and some newborn size depending on style and brand of clothing.
