Kelly feels wonderfully weighted, snuggly and great to hold. He has a specially made body that is a soft but strong doe suede cloth that has been gathered at the chest and bum area for a more natural and realistic look when dressing him in baby clothes. There are joints to allow his arms and legs to move freely. His 3/4 soft vinyl Pudgy limbs by Secrist allow for dressing in t-shirts and shorts, yet the cloth at shoulder and hip areas still makes him great for snuggling. Kelly has an applied wig that can be gently brushed. The curls will curl around your fingers even after brushing. The synthetic mohair does not need conditioning and does not get matted, dry and brittle like natural mohair or human hair often does. Kelly has subtle freckles and finely painted eyebrows, as well as detailed finger and toe nails with a perfect freshly clipped baby nails look. His veining is visible with that “under the skin” look, and not harsh or unnatural. He has beautiful blue-grey poly glass eyes with applied eyelashes and glazing for realism as well as holding the lashes in permanently, much more durable than if they were simply glued. Kelly is a small toddler that is fun to pose and role play with. He can not stand on his own, but must be propped up for support. He wears size 0-3 months or 3 months clothing and size 0 shoes (85-86 mm).
