Nino is a realistically detailed, newborn baby sculpted by Vincenzina Carè, of Chenza Dolls, to resemble a child with a genetic condition called Achondroplasia, which is a type of Dwarfism. He has full-sized vinyl limbs and head on a cloth body. He’s been painted with multiple transparent layers of GHS Paints. He has a beautifully textured, caramel skin tone with mottling, veining, and realistic blushing and creasing. His eyes, ears, lips, and nails have been delicately glossed. And his skin is sealed, for protection, with a satin-matte varnish mixture.
Nino has 3D, Prisma-drawn, wavy brown hair with multiple hair whorls and an adorable cowlick. He has prisma-drawn eyebrows, and long eyelashes, rooted with brown mohair.
Nino is weighted to feel like a real baby. He is 7.6 lbs, 21 in, and wears size NB to 0-3M. He has been filled with sand, fine glass beads, and premium poly-fil. He is lightly scented with a baby powder wafer, can take a magnetic pacifier, and has a squishy, silicone, tummy insert inside his cloth body for added realism.
