Preemie size Rachel is a full bodied Silicone baby doll measuring 16" long (If her legs were down straight and weighs approx. 4 lbs.. She was sculpted, molded, cast and completed completely by me, Rita Rich Arnold. This Rachel is a boo boo baby as she has flaws. She was poured in marshmallow soft Ecoflex Silicone and since she is so soft, if she lays on her back for extended periods of time her head flattens just a little right in the back (.just like live babies do too if they lay on their backs all the time). She was poured right before we moved and I had wrapped her in tissue paper for the move....From being jostled around during the move, the paper became wrinkled under her and left her back with wrinkle marks from the paper. She also painted very blotchy...especially her body. As you can see in the pictures, she had a little mark on her face that I turned into a little scratch while painting her. She has Combi hair.( I first painted her hair in a medium light brown color and then very sparsely rooted light brown hair over the painted). Normally my solid silicone Rachels are priced at 1999.00 but I am offering this Boo Boo Rachel at 850.00. She is such a sweetheart and such a cuddly little bundle. Her mouth opens and she will come home with her pacifier and dressed in the sleeper, diaper and pink blanket shown. Her certificate of Authenticity will also come home with her.
