Percy was created from the Petunia head by Secrist and the limbs from Camille by Ann Timmerman. Percy has 3/4 arms and full legs on a cloth body. He is 22 inches long and weighs around 6 pounds. He wears 3 months sized clothes.

Percy has been painted with Genesis heat set paints and finished with soft-touch air-dry varnish. He has veining, subtle mottling, creasing, and blushing. He has been glossed in all the right places.
