This delicate love has been created using RebornFX air dry paints and mediums. Her pretty newborn blue eyes are partly open as she greets a fresh new world. She snuggles right into your arms as natural as can be, with her little rosebud lips and long lashes. Her hair is hand painted in dark brown.
Elodie has been weighted throughout with fine glass beads for a realistic feel when held. Her finger and toenails are white tipped and semi glossed. Her head wobbles a bit and should be supported. Her cloth body is plump with polyfil stuffing. She has a magnet in her head to take a modified pacifier (included).
Elodie has a few boo boos which account for her :
* two small (1/4 to 1/2" across) flesh colored patches where I covered over blue spots on her upper right arm (see picture). I used thin layers of flesh colored putty for vinyl. You have to look for these, they aren't obvious
* very small (1/4") faint brownish mark on the outside of one elbow
* her facial skin has a somewhat chalkier texture than my babies usually do, and because of that, Elodie isn't appropriate for super close up reborn photography. There are some tiny bits that a very good camera would pick up, and some collectors wouldn't be satisfied with it.
This girl comes with a magnetized pacifier, a footless sleeper, socks and bowed headband, a receiving blanket and a soft character pal toy on a Velcro'd fabric strip, to wrap around a leg. She is a genuine kit who came from MacPhersons with a COA, but I have misplaced it. The sculptor's name is embossed on the baby's neck.
