She is 3.5 lbs and fits best in premie size clothes. She is painted in the newborn skintones with subtle veining, capillaries, and milia. Delilah has painted hair and eyebrows and rooted lashes in light brown to match. Delilah is a sold out limited edition sculpt. This doll is a piece of art and as such each one has their own imperfections and physical characteristics that cannot be duplicated, I am a relatively new artist and have priced my doll with this in mind.
