* PHOTOGRAPHY *
Photographs are taken during different times of the day which means the visual hues will vary with each photo. Computer monitors also vary which make hue and saturation variations possible. Display photos were taken with photography lights as well as natural lighting. Please let me know if there is any specific aspects of baby that you would like to see that may not already be pictured.
* EYES & LASHES *
Baby has Dark Blue Reborn Acrylic eyes that have been sealed inside the head with heavy duty glue. Eyes can be lightly washed with water or carefully shined with Windex using a Q-Tip. Baby has Reborn Lashes in Dark Blonde glued to her inner-upper eyelids. If lashes lose volume a clear mascara can be used to help style the lashes or affix them to your desired position.
* SKIN *
Baby was painted using Luminaire Air Dry Paints. Her tone is a custom mix between Flesh 07-09. Baby was created using many layers of greens, yellows, reds, blues and purples to give her a lifelike translucent baby skin effect. Matte Sealer was used with a beauty sponge to create a soft baby skin texture. Fingers, toes, lips, eyelids and nose have all been sealed with a Shine Sealer for a wet looking finish.
* ROOTING & HAIR *
Baby has hand rooted NuBorn brand mohair in the color Ash Blonde. The hair color can be described as light brown to dark blonde. The hair will appear darker when wet (ie. while styling) but will dry to a beautiful Ashy Blonde. The hair has been double sealed from the inside using a heavy duty glue, brush gently when styling your babies hair. Always use room-temp to warm water and a baby safe conditioner when styling rooted hair, some breakage and hair loss can be expected with improper care. Babies hair has been left on the longer side incase a haircut is desired upon arrival.
* BODY & BELLY *
Baby has full limbs connected to a cuddle body, overall baby is 18.5" in length and 7 lbs 2 oz in weight. Baby will come home with a detachable belly plate for photos and roleplay. Baby is filled with high quality poly-fil and glass beads. Smaller glass beads are used to weight the limbs so limbs remain heavy yet squishy. The body and head are filled with larger glass beads concealed inside a stocking to prevent leakage. All spaces in-between have been filled with poly-fil to ensure baby is still soft and snuggly. NO SAND NOR SILICONE PELLETS ARE USED IN MY DOLLS.
* COMING HOME *
Baby will come home with the 3 outfits shown, socks, caps, headbands, brand new baby bottle & brush set, baby wash, yellow swaddle blanket, care instructions + an additional jammies set (not pictured)! *Please note, due to a diaper shortage in my area baby will NOT be shipped with any infant diapers or high-demand infant products.
