This pretty cutie is Sterling, she is a big older doll weighing about 5 1/2 pounds. She has veins, mottling, white tipped nails, rooted eyelashes, realistic painted hair. I use professional acrylic paints. Sterling has full arms and legs, she is larger than most of my dolls at 23 inches long
