She comes with the clothing she is pictured in. Magnetic pacifier and COA are included. Also included in her box opening is another outfit, a baby bottle, an extra powder wafer to put with her extra clothes to keep them smelling baby fresh! There are always a few little extras thrown in, too.
I found a matching vintage sleeper and blanket for her. Just too cute.
