Callie
This baby is a partial silicone baby, with solid platinum silicone arms/legs, and head. Her head is the realborn Callie head, the arms are of the realborn Felicity, and her legs are of the Callie realborn kit.., all pieces are realborn parts from Bountiful Baby. She is approx. 18 inches in length, and weighs approx. 5 lbs. Her cloth body is weighted with tiny glass beads, and polyester fiber fill. She has been painted with platiinum silicone A&B/slic pig tints, with a final layer of clear silicone matted with just matte matting powder. She is painted in a darker reddy/olive newborn color, with darker red hands/feet. I did open her mouth myself, (not the best job) but does serve the purpose, so she can take a preemie sized pacifier*with the use of a silicone based lubricant. She has rooted light brown Slumberland mohair, using a 42 gauge needle to root with, although... for some reason there are small dents that have been left behind in the silicone, where ever the hair was rooted into her head, and it is quite noticeable if you are looking for it. Her eyebrows are barely there painted, and her lashes have been rooted in a medium brown mohair. Her finger/toe nails have been realistically manicured, and glossed for extra protection. She has a small amount of newborn milia, her nose/chin, and a small baby scratch on her left cheek,along with a stork bite on the middle of her forehead, There is a red heart behind her right ear, a signature mark, which is put on all the babies that I reborn. This baby is not a childs toy doll, she is a handcrafted piece of artwork, and should be handled with care(as one would a real baby). He will be coming home with some matting powder/blush brush, a pacifier/diapers, and an outfit of my choosing. Please...only seriously interested people should be inquiring about this baby, and ask all/any questions you may have regarding this baby prior to purchasing, I will gladly answer them, if at all possible. Keep in mind that silicone is a non forgiving medium to paint with, and will have imperfections on the skin surface, and with the hair rooting, there will be noticeable dents in the silicone where the needle pierced the silicone to root the hair. I do not offer refund, and all my baby sales are final. Please don't consider to purchase, unless you have done your homework on this baby, also... some potential customers might not be aware that close up photos will make the baby look bigger, keep in mind the actual size, in the description, the size of a reborn is measured in its length, not weight, or how big the close up shots make a baby look, just something I needed to put in to protect myself as a seller, P.S. Keep in mind that colors may also vary depending on lighting, ( natural/artificial ) devices used to take photos, and devices used to view this reborn, and thank you for taking the time to read this.
