Serena has dark brown micro rooted angora mohair from KarmanDolls and painted eyebrows. Serena has rooted lashes, a heel prick, newborn details, milk bumps, capillaries, and a magnet for a pacifier. Serena will come wrapped in a blanket with a lovey, in an outfit with your choice of gender, a magnetic pacifier, COA and a few other small gifts. Serena fits nicely in preemie size clothes.
