This reborn baby item will ship to USA only. Please read entire description, as I don't take returns as all sales are final. I offer reborn baby doll items, such as reborns, in both silicone and vinyl, so you are looking for a reborn and have a kit in mind reach out, I would be happy to make a reborn for you. All sales are final. But we are here to help with any issue after the sale. We have sold hundreds of reborn dolls over the years to many happy customers all over the world. Custom order can take up to 8 weeks to complete your baby.

Return Policy:
All Sales Final with no refunds or returns. Any issues, please contact me, it may just be a simple problem. If you pay thru paypal and a refund is issued by the seller at her discretion, the paypal fees will not be refunded as these are fees that paypal charges for a transaction, no matter what, they keep this fee. These paypal fees are charged by paypal and not kept by the seller, so they will not be refunded by the seller. If you get a refund it will be minus the paypal transaction fees. Also, lost packages or damaged packages will have to go thru the process with the shipping carrier, and therefor will not be refunded until, the carrier refunds me, as the item may still arrive to you due to them finding your package.
