Gianna & Giulia were created from the Gianna & Giulia kit by the very talented sculptor Vincenzina Care. They are made from the special pre order edition and are kit number 24 of only 200 world wide. They will come home with their special edition certificate of authenticity They are 6 pounds 1 ounce and 19 inches long. This kit is the very first of its kind featuring babies born with Diprosopus which means duplication of face. This is a condition that is a cranio-facial duplication which results in part or all of the face being duplicated as in conjoined twins. Diprosopus conjoined twins are born in 1 in every 180,000- 15 million births. Layers and layers of Air dry paint was used to create their amazing living skin tone and sealed for protection. Not a crease was over looked. Their limbs are filled with glass beads, poly pellets and fresh fiberfill. The body and head are filled with the the same mixture. I have weighted them to be floppy like a real newborn baby. No sand is used in my babies so they are safe to travel to other countries. Their finger nails and toe nails have been given that fresh clipped look and sealed to prevent chipping.. Their lips, tongue and mouth have been glossed to give a natural moist look. Their veins have been applied to appear under the skin for ultimate realism . Gianna & Giulia have a small amount of baby powder scented wafers in their body for that wonderful fresh scent that all new mommies love. Their hair has been rooted with premium mohair from both delta dawn. It has been rooted in a natural swirl pattern with a very small needle. This takes many many hours to root but the realism it creates is well worth it. Their eyebrows were hand painted on one lash at a time. Gianna’s eyelashes have been hand rooted and Giulias were hand painted to match their hair. Giulias eyes are beautiful dark blue glass eyes. .All of my pictures were taken in natural daylight and none of my pictures have been altered except for cropping so you can see what babies actually look like. If these little sweeties have stolen your heart don't let them be get away because they are a one of a kind work of art and there will never be another one exactly like them. The girls will come home with only the items listed here and any items not listed here are my photo props and not part of their sale. The girls will come home with their beautiful vintage red with white lace Christmas dress. The little panties are rubber lined. They will have their red frilly socks and red bear Barrett They will have their two piece onesie shirt with flower and the matching pants with the red bow on the butt. They will also have their Kate Quinn elf bonnet with matching vintage style bloomers. The girls will have their white long sleeved side snap shirt that folds over their hands. They will also have their grey sparkle cardigan sweater with matching grey footed pants/ tights. They will have their black and white plaid one piece outfit with the black shoes and pink winter hat. They will have matching pink headbands and their black and gold hair clips. They will have their silver dress shoes and their white socks, their pink and purple pacifier.s (one cute modified for Giulias open mouth and the other with a magnet for Gianna’s closed mouth so care must be taken around children, pacemakers, pets and electronics as they are very strong earth magnets). The girls will have their rainbow receiving blanket , their Christmas diaper, certificate of authenticity, a birth certificate and a care instruction sheet. I believe in supporting my local second hand shops so all items may not be new but they were picked out just for them.
