She is a partial silicone which means her head and limbs are of soft silicone (silky skin smooth) and her body is cloth like the vinyl babies. This helps the costs to be lower. Sage is so fun to cuddle and dress up in cute outfits! She is floppy like a real baby and her skin is super silky smooth.
