This baby was brought to life with multiple layers of Genesis Heat Set paint. They have several layers of mottling and skin tone layers to achieve a realistic skin tone. The last layer was sealant to ensure the paint never fades or wears off. The sealant I used leaves no skin shine and a very realistic feeling. I also used a dewy skin effect and applied it so baby has a soft textured skin.
Their head, body, and limbs have been weighted with glass to feel realistic in your arms. Their head has been weighted to be very floppy and you'll want to support it as if you are holding a real baby.
They have a cloth body with full arms and full legs. Hudson wears preemie and small newborn clothing.
They have soft veining on their head and limbs. Their little fingernails have been neatly tipped and sealed. They have also been glossed for a realistic 3d effect and shine.
Their eyelashes and hair have been hand rooted with brown hair, and has been sealed from within. Their eyebrows and hair were painted very lightly and sealed as well.
Caution! A magnet has been placed on the inside the head and onto the pacifier. Caution should be taken around pacemakers.
