This is the LE Ferdinand sculpt from Karola Wegerich. He is 405 of 555 made. His strings are still intact for you to trim to your liking. His head doesn't turn due to tightness of the string on the neck. You could cut string and replace with a zip tie to have the head turn. He was painted in GHSP and sealed twice over.
