I do not accept returns or offer refunds as these dolls are considered a work of art with natural imperfections as all reborns have. The dolls are handmade and “As Is” so please inspect photos carefully and feel free to ask any questions. I try and take accurate photos but can’t be responsible for how images appear on individuals computers, iPads or phones. Please ask any questions or for more specific photos before ordering. If an order is already placed , paid in full and buyer should change mind after the purchase BEFORE doll is shipped, 35 dollars will not be refunded to cover any PayPal, credit card fees, my cost and time of needing to Re-list the doll on the numerous sites again.
