Welcome adorable, little Lainey to the nursery! He was sculpted by Marissa May and is now a discontinued kit from Bountiful Baby. Lainey has been brought to life with many layers of Acrylic paint and sealed twice with matte varnish. I have painted him with many details including soft veining and mottling, small capillaries, a small baby "scratch" on his forehead, "milk bumps" on his nose, tipped fingernails and toenails, and a bit of "moisture" added to his lips, ears, nose, and corners of his eyes. He has beautiful brown eyes, painted brown hair, brown eyebrows, and rooted mohair eyelashes. He is weighted to feel as if you are holding a real baby and you will need to support his head.
Lainey will be sent home in the sleeper and onesie pictured in the photos plus two more outfits, a magnetic pacifier, 2 diapers, and a baby-scented wafer placed in his diaper. He will also be wrapped in a blanket along with care info.
