Nadia and Nate are basic plays doll twins from Citi Toy company that I purchased and made over with reborn paintwork and added details to for a nice gift option that is budget-friendly- they are both created by Citi Toy company- -they both have very basic/simple style cuddle bodies made in my studio-weight was added in heads, hands, feet, and weight added in the body area. ***PLEASE NOTE: (this is not a factory-painted doll and both doll heads went through the entire traditional reborn painting process with the head being stripped of factory paint and re-painted in my studio )
The original factory paint was stripped to the base vinyl and completely repainted with full newborn details including - skin tone warmed and blushing. The hair has an original line pattern in the base vinyl-the hair was hand painted and light hair details were added at the hairline and double varnished to protect the finish. The twins have details such as light mottling, blushing, hand-painted eyebrows, and painted eyelashes. I use Reborn FX air-dry acrylics and varnishes by MacPherson Arts & Crafts.
They are very cute versatile little babies I created for a budget-friendly option for gift giving and they have been both given my full form of reborn work, they would make a great gift for a new or younger collector, a collector who wants something different, etc, or for a budget-friendly therapy doll. As with any reborn art doll intense or rough play is not recommended with them. The twins do have magnets in their heads and both come with pacifiers Please view the pictures closely to ensure the dolls are for you before purchase, the coloring is a warmer tone, due to the color of the base vinyl before painting. I have them pictured as a boy/girl twin set- but on request, I can send them home as 2 girls or 2 boys.
