He was reborn by me from the Laura Lee Eagles Tobiah kit. Each tiny crease and fold was painted using many layers of genesis heat set paint before being sealed with a satin/matte finish. Baby Tobiah has hand rooted baby brown hair and lashes sealed from the inside. He has hazel hand blown German glass eyes. He has a magnetic pacifier (these are strong magnets, please use caution around pacemakers).
Tobiah wears 3-6 month sized clothes and diapers.
