This gorgeous Levi is brand new to me direct from his amazing artist, Irina Svitina. He is NEW. I documented the box opening with photos and video in January the day before I left for an extended vacation then packed him away. On return this week I decided that this sculpt is just not for me after 4 previous attempts to bond with other Levis. This is a heartbreaking sale as the artist put so much thought and care into his painting, rooting and gifts that she sent.
Today (3-5-23) I undressed Levi and took numerous photos of every angle of this baby. I've posted a few photos here. Additional photos can be shared on request. I also videotape every angle of my dolls immediately prior to packing and sending. The first 14 photos are from the artist (with her permission). The remaining photos were taken with my professional camera by a window. I used two soft boxes with daylight bulbs in them for additional light as it is snowing and dark today. The colors are as accurate as I could portray them although no photo is 100% replication of the baby as seen by the naked eye.
Painting: Levi was painted with genesis heat set paints and has extensive mottling, veining and capillaries on his limbs. This artists prefers to paint her babys' faces with a fresh newborn look so there is only a small or amount of veining and mottling on Levi's face. He has blue, red and yellow undertones throughout. He has milk bumps painted on his nose. His nails are delicately tipped. He has realistic newborn features including a tiny broken capillary painted on his left eyelid, a scratch painted on his right eyebrow and tiny scratches painted in the crease of his left elbow, the crease of his left knee, on his upper left arm, under his chin, on his right upper arm, on his left calf, behind his right knee, behind his left ear, on his right earlobe, on the left side of his forehead. He has a lovely matte varnish. Rooting: Impeccably rooted hair and long rooted eyelashes lashes. The silky soft mohair is a medium to light brown and is rooted in a style style that compliments his gorgeous bone structure. His hair is directionally mono rooted. He is weighted nicely (by the artist). The weight I posted in the listing is approximate. He will come with all UNUSED artist originals (as seen in the photos) that are in new condition (not including the white flokati, blue blanket or blue pillow) .This includes his COA, birth certificate, 2 magnetic pacifiers, pacifier clip, 4 outfits, booties, plush blanket.
