This is Ruby Awake by Bountiful Baby. She's now sold out. She's painted very newborn with red blushing and mottling. She has subtle veining and capillaries. She has a satin varnish on her which is a little like dewy skin. It's not a matte varnish but a satin finish. She comes with her vintage newborn outfit, magnetic pacifier, blanket and diapers plus an extra or 2. She's about 18 inches and about 5 and a half pounds.
