Maggie Rose is a reborn cuddle baby with a fully reborn painted head by Berenguer. ***PLEASE NOTE: (this is not a factory-painted doll and went through the entire reborn painting process with the cuddle body head) -the head was completely stripped to the base vinyl and repainted with full details including - skin tone warmed, veining, blushing, lips glossed and painted eyebrows his hair still has factory hair lines but is painted by me and more detailing added at the hair line and hair in total. Maggie has a custom-made retro-style cotton nursery print body created from my own pattern for a simple/ very basic cuddle body- made just for her head size. Maggie's head, arms, and legs move easily with joints attached to the main body, she is weighted in the body, both feet, and hands with a glass bead /ploy pellet mixture. She can take a small pacifier that came with her originally. I did not add weight to the head, but upon request, I can add some weight if needed. I did not because she is a bigger baby and if the buyer would like her to be able to sit up, a weighted head would make that difficult. Maggie did have a fixed hair bow in her head originally, it was sewn into the vinyl- I removed this and painted and covered the holes in her head, she now has a magnet there, for a magnetic bow. (See Picture) The area is painted fully, sealed, and is not noticeable and should not cause any issues. Maggie is part of my group of dolls that I make on occasion and offer at a lower price. She would be a great therapy baby, a perfect gift to a new collector, young collector, and/or for those who just love the older style dolls like Berenguer dolls, or if you just want to add a different kind of reborn to your collection.
