She has that preemie colored skin & details. I worked many years in NICU w/ countless preemies so I tried to make her appear as realistic as possible w/ little details. She has rooted & sealed light brown baby soft mohair, rooted 1 at a time & cut to simulate a real preemie. She is absolutely adorable!
