Birdie has combi hair. It is painted with a little tuft of rooted brown hair She also takes a magnetic pacifier Sweet little Birdie fits best in preemie and newborn clothes. She will come home with a couple outfits of my choosing, a blanket, a pacifier, diapers, and some extra goodies.
