Ordering Information: Name/Address on PayPal and order address must match you shipping address. If you are using someone's paypal account, please make this known before placing your request.
Packaging: Your reborn will be packaged carefully and wrapped for it's protection during transport. Please inspect you reborn on arrival and let me know of any problems so I may offer a resolution.
Lost or damaged product in shipping: All orders are shipped through UPS for prestigious service; however, sometimes lost packages are unavoidable. All orders will come with tracking and insurance for your protection. I do not offer adoption fee refunds on lost packages; however, I will assist with filing a claim to recoup any losses should loss or damage occur. Please follow your tracking number and note when you should expect your Reborn.
Shipping costs cover shipping and handling, as well as, packaging materials. The reborn will be shipped within 5 days when payment is received and cleared. You should receive your shipment within 5-6 days of ship date.
Terms and Conditions: I reserve the right to decline adoption fees and offer a full refund as I see fit. Rarely there are more than one buyer at the same time. If this occurs the sale will go to the first payer.
Return Policy: I do not offer refunds of your adoption fee for reasons of not bonding with the reborn or buyer's remorse.
Due to all of the fraudulent activity in the Reborn community I do not offer refunds on my reborns but will assist in resolving concerns of defects in the quality of the reborn painted by myself. Returns are not offered on received goods after 7 days.
