August Reborn Newborn Limited Edition by Dawn McLeod. This baby has been painted using genesis heat set paints (permanent). August is 22 inches and weighs 6.10 pounds. He has many layers of paint to give him that realistic skin tone that includes 8 different mottling colors, veining and blushing. He also has some baby scratches and marks to give him that realistic newborn look. I also added satin varnish on his nose bridge, nostrils, inside his ears, lips and nails to give that realistic natural moisture. August hair is painted with genesis heat paint also in a medium to dark brown shade. His eyebrows are painted using a medium brown color shade. His lashes are rooted with alpaca fiber in a dark brown shade. I added lanugo on top of his arms ( barely noticeable) and also on his cheeks and forehead, like a real newborn, very realistic. His nails are beautifully manicured. He is been sealed using Irresistible mediums. I also added a little bit of milia on his nose. He will go to his new home with four outfits of my choice,two extra diapers, his COA (certificate of authenticity), and birth certificate from my nursery.
