Meet my fantasy version of Gianna and Giulia, beautifully sculpted by Vincenzina Care. These conjoined twins with Cranio-facial duplication (diprosopus). They were lovingly painted using Genesis heat set paints with great detail, styled as baby clowns.
Gianna and Giulia will come home with the tutu and collar shown, nursery onesie, modified pacifiers, modified bottle, blanket, COA, birth certificate, care instructions, and other goodies.
