Silicone Sarah is a chubby big cuddle baby. Her head is silicone and the rest of her body is cloth. She is weighted to 7.8 pounds for a bigger baby feel. She is painted with professional SAM and Silc Pig paints. She has a super smooth matte finish and gloss applied in areas for realism. She has light veining, blushing, painted hair/eyebrows and rooted lashes. I opened her mouth and carved out a tongue (I'm no sculptor but I did my best). She takes a full pacifier and wears bigger cut newborn clothes and some 0-3 month. You choose the gender and this baby will come home with the yellow outfit pictured along with another gender appropriate outfit, pacifier, extra diapers, blanket, COA and care sheet.
