Sugar is a cuddle baby (vinyl head and weighted, jointed cloth body) ready to sweeten your home with her snuggly presence. She is meticulously painted with Golden Fluid air dry paints, double varnished, and filled with a blend of fine glass beads and Polyfil for that cozy newborn feel.
Sugar will travel to her new home with the outfit shown in photos, an extra sleeper, a soft blanket, magnetic pacifier, bottle, diapers, and a lovey for her journey home. My babies always come with a few extra goodies as well.

Welcome! My name is Joy and I create sweet schattebouts (“little darlings” in Dutch- my Grandma’s nickname for me) to fill your heart and your arms with love.
Schattebout Reborns are crafted using Golden Fluid air dry acrylic paints and are doubled varnished. These dolls are hand painted, not factory made, so perfect little imperfections should be expected. I am newer to reborning and am still learning as I go, so anything I feel is noticeable will be photographed and mentioned in the listing.
Each baby is weighted with a combination of fine glass beads and polyfil to have that authentic newborn feel. These dolls are works of art, not toys, and need to be handled with loving care so that they can be enjoyed for many years to come.
Each baby will come with the outfit shown in photos, an extra outfit or sleeper, a lovey, two diapers, and a care sheet with a few extra goodies. He or she will be wrapped in a blanket and packaged carefully to protect during the journey home.
