I have to tell you.....I had so much fun bringing little Fredwina to life! I absolutely adore her!! She's so unique in so many ways! She is absolutely One of a kind and created with that goal in mind. I truly hope you love her as much as I do. I worked very hard on this little froggy legged peanut. Fredwina is newborn sized and fits beautifully in newborn clothing. She's a nice newborn size...I think leaning towards a healthy newborn or couple months old sized baby. She is weighted to about 5 lbs. laying ever so cuddly in your arms and my favorite....on your chest or tummy. She's truly special. I have even given her a custom super soft velour white body that is jointed. This allows you to move her legs a little bit and have more fun with her. Gives her an extra realistic cuddly factor. She has very dramatic tones with a lot of contrast which I feel is what brings this sculpt to life. I would categorize her as biracial, ethnic, gosh Italian and Hispanic even? Asian? She really encompasses quite a few newborn skin tones. She was created with GHSP and her paint should stay permanent for life if cared for properly. Please remember these dolls are works of art and I do not recommend them for children. Fredwina has an open mouth and can take a modified pacifier with some success. I have also given her a magnet so she can enjoy all types of pacifiers. Her hair is super unique! I lost count of how many layers it took....let's go with at least 50.
