Leah has been brought to life with many layers of Acrylic paint and sealed twice with soft-touch matte varnish. I have painted her with many details including soft veining and mottling, small capillaries, a small baby "scratch" on her forehead, baby "blemishes" on her forehead and on the corner of her eye, tiny "milk bumps" on her nose, tipped fingernails and toenails, and a bit of "moisture" added to her lips, ears, nostrils, and corners of her eyes. She has painted dark brown hair and brown eyebrows, and rooted dark-brown eyelashes. She wears newborn-size clothing and diapers. She is weighted to feel as if you are holding a real baby and you will need to support her head.
Leah will be sent home in the sleeper, headband, and onesie pictured in the photos plus two more outfits, a magnetic pacifier, 2 diapers, and a baby-scented wafer placed in her diaper. She will also be wrapped in a blanket along with care info. and a birth certificate.
