I use a transparent special medium for the final protective sealing of Genesis colors colored vinyl parts. It creates a matt and rough effect and protects the color from harmful UV rays and thus from fading.
It is a kind of 3D effect and gives the skin a realistic look.
The head was made using mixed media, was rooted and painted.
