I've never seen a more gorgeous toned baby before. His original artist is unknown but I did a little makeover myself on him. I will absolutely miss him. He has great two toned newborn hair that matches his complexion absolutely perfectly. This kit is such a treat and sculpted to perfection. Does not have a COA or any paperwork.
