Lea is a beautiful, nicely sized newborn full body silicone baby sculpted by the very accomplished, well known sculptor Bonnie Sieben. She is lovely and feels like a real baby when you hold as she is poured in one piece, without any seam lines. She was poured in a Platinum silicone blend by Kristin Englert. Not too soft and not too firm. She was painted realistically by Gina with Darling Silicone Babies Nursery. Her soft, wavy hair was rooted masterfully by Cat Johnson of Cat Creations and suits her perfectly.
Lea is 20 inches long and weighs just over 9lbs. She has armatures in her arms, and can take a small pacifier. Her head requires support just like a real newborn. Lea is still in like new condition with no splits, tears, or peeling. I just received her back from her rooter in mid-August. She is so sweet and peaceful to look at, and would be a wonderful addition to any collection. Lea will arrive home with a generous box opening - a few cute outfits, a bow, pacifier, and a soft blanket. Purchaser will be getting an incredible value for this caliber of an art doll as her listing price is less than $500 of what I paid recently for her sculpt, pour, painting and rooting, and does not even account for the value of her box opening.
