Dolls made by me are nonrefundable and non returnable. They are sold as is. Occasionally there may be imperfections (aka booboos). This is normal as the doll is hand painted art work. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to review photos posted of the doll and to read about the details carefully before purchasing.

I ship fully insured, in a sturdy box which is secured with packing tape and the doll inside protected with a blanket and bubble wrap.
