Daphne is a realborn sculpt created from images of an actual newborn baby. She was expertly brought to life by Saint Cloud Nursery and is in brand new condition. She is 20 inches long, has full arms and legs and a cloth body. Daphne was weighted with micro glass beads, angel soft polyfil and a "jelly belly," liquid filled weight in her abdomen. This gives her a hyper realistic feel and newborn squish! Daphne has a sweet expression and was beautifully painted with rosy cheeks and rich layers of realistic coloring. Gina uses GHSP for her work and develops rich skin tones using many layers. Daphne's lovely dark hair is painted with delicate textures in medium and dark brown and her lashes are rooted with mohair.
She was purchased directly from the artist and is in pristine condition. She has been carefully stored and only handled for a few photos. She is the only reborn I have managed to pose in an upright newborn "froggy" position due to her lovely open hands! Daphne is magnetized and will come home with her pacifier and original wooden bead clip shown in the photos. She will arrive with a generous box opening including several outfits, a blanket, diapers, COA, cloth diaper, and a few extras.
