Romeo comes as shown with blanket and extra pajamas. He is number 346 out of 2000. He has a floppy head to give him that newborn feeling. He does have a magnetic pacifier but does not see his mouth real good. Even though no one smokes in my house I’ve had a complaint on another doll (though I smelt nothing) so I did not mark as smoke free until I know for sure there is no issues. I try very hard to be open and honest about my dolls.
