Edwin sculpted by Elisa Marx is an open edition kit with an open, crying mouth with a fully detailed tongue and gums, adorably scowled forehead, and a highly detailed fontanelle, all the makings of a lifelike, freshly born baby.
My version of Edwin is a cuddle baby, weighted with sewn joints to curl up like a real newborn in your arms. He has a flushed newborn skintone with lots of 3D textured skin details.
His hair is sparse lifelike 3D painted hair with tiny strands painted one by one in a custom blended dark blonde/light brown shades for that downy newborn look. His painted hair never needs to be combed, never goes frizzy or falls out.
He has rooted eyelashes and moistened lips, plus a "spit bubbles" under his tongue.
He comes with a small box opening that will include his custom made bat outfit, which comes with a hoodie with ears, pants, booties, and matching mittens, plus a bat wing wrap, perfect for Halloween or everyday spookiness. Also comes with a regular newborn outfit and his magnetic pacifier.
