Vampire Fred was created from the beautiful Elf -Fred Wegerich kit by the very talented sculptor Karola Wegerich. Vampire Fred comes home with with his certificate of authenticity one corner creased. He is 4 pounds 4 ounces and is 19 inches long. I have given him red alternative eyes. They don’t quite fill the eye socket at bottom so there is a gap but not noticeable in all positions. Layers and layers of Air dry paint was used to create this amazing unliving vampire skin tone and sealed for protection. Not a crease was over looked. Vampire Fred’s limbs are filled with glass beads, poly pellets and fresh fiberfill. The body and head are filled with the the same mixture. I have weighted him to be somewhat floppy like a new vampireling so his head will need to be supported. No sand is used in my babies so they are safe to travel to other countries. He comes with a full chest non gender belly plate. I have painted the belly button black as to look like an umbilical cord stump. I have posed him with a silicone umbilical cord. It is one of my photo props and not part of his sale. His finger nails and toe nails have been given that fresh clipped look and sealed to prevent chipping. I have done some extra red around nails to look like some blood. His lips and fangs have been glossed to give a natural moist look. I inserted his fangs by cutting slits in the lips and pushing them in. So kit has been altered. I did seal them in the back. His veins have been applied to appear under the skin but somewhat prominent for ultimate realism. I have painted him to be transparent/ white like a vampire. I have given him more veins all over than I do a human baby. I have given him red blemishes on the head as well as his belly plate. I have painted bite marks on his neck with blood dripping down to appear he has been bitten by another vampire. He has full arms and full legs. Vampire Fred has baby powder scented wafers in his body that gives that wonderful fresh scent that all new mommies love. I have opted to leave him bald because he just looked so cute the way he was. His eyebrows were hand painted on one lash at a time. Pretty faint like a newborn. The eyelashes are hand applied and sealed inside head. All of my pictures were taken in natural daylight and none of my pictures have been altered except for cropping so you can see what baby actually looks like. If this little sweetie has stolen your heart don't let him get away because this sweetie is a one of a kind work of art and there will never be another one exactly like him. Vampire Fred will come home with only the items listed here and any items in pictures not listed here were used as my photo props and not part of his sale. Vampire Fred will come home with his vampire one piece outfit. Cape can detach if wanted , his blue and white striped socks. He will have his orange vampire bat sleep and play, his vampire teething onesie, black pants and white socks. He will have his white side snap t shirt , he will have his black and white cloth diaper cover, his bat lovey, his fang magnet modified pacifier , his hand made red and black blanket that I made, some spiders, his fake blood bottle, certificate of authenticity , birth certificate and a care sheet. Vampire Fred does have a magnet behind his lips for his modified pacifier so care must be taken around kids, pets, pacemakers and electronics as these are very strong earth magnets. I have sealed the fake blood bottle but please keep away from kids and pets. I always put tights under any dark clothing so no dye can transfer so this is recommended. Also only pose or use handmade blanket with the black part not touching any of the vinyl due to color transfer. I believe in supporting my local second hand shops so all of his items may not be new but they were all picked out just for him.
