This reborn, is the "realborn" partial silicone baby, "Shannon"by Bountiful Baby. He/she is approx. 20 inches in length, and weighs approx. 6.5 lbs. His/her cloth body is weighted with tiny glass beads, and polyester fiber fill/silicone pellets. He/she has been painted using many layers of platinum silicone A&B, combined with slic pig tints, and a final layer of clear silicone matted with "just matte" matting powder. I did open his/her mouth, and created the appearance of a tongue , and he is able to take a smaller sized pacifier/or modified pacifier, with the use of a silicone friendly lubricant/powder. He/she has rooted dark blonde/ginger Susan Nigel mohair, he/she is not mono rooted, I used a 40 gauge, 3 barbed needle to root with, although he/she does have tiny indentations on his/her side burn/temple areas , from where the needle had entered the head, I have no idea as to why, but it is only somewhat noticeable if you are looking for it. His/her eyebrows are painted to match the hair, and his/her lashes have been rooted in a slightly darker color than the hair. His/her finger/toe nails have been realistically manicured, and glossed for extra protection. He/she has a small amount of newborn milia, on his/her nose/chin, and a small baby scratch on the right eye lid, and a newborn pin prick on the heel of his/her foot. There is a red heart behind his/her right ear, a signature mark, which is put on all the babies that I reborn. This baby is not a childs toy doll, she is a handcrafted piece of artwork, and should be handled with care(as one would a real baby). He will be coming home with a C.O.A., some matting powder/blush brush, a pacifier/diapers, and an outfit of my choosing. Please...only seriously interested people should be inquiring about this baby, and ask all/any questions you may have regarding this baby prior to purchasing, I will gladly answer them, if at all possible. Keep in mind that silicone is a non forgiving medium to paint with, and will have imperfections on the skin surface. I do not offer refund, and all my baby sales are final. Please don't consider to purchase, unless you have done your homework on this baby, also... some potential customers might not be aware that close up photos will make the baby look bigger, keep in mind the actual size, in the description, the size of a reborn is measured in its length, not weight, or how big the close up shots make a baby look, just something I needed to put in to protect myself as a seller, P.S. Keep in mind that colors may also vary depending on lighting, ( natural/artificial ) devices used to take photos, and devices used to view this reborn, and thank you for taking the time to read this.
